Paul founded Sweet Comms 10 years ago and leads its work. He has more than 25 years of experience in employee engagement and internal communication.
Paul helps organisations of all types and sizes, in many different sectors and circumstances. Clients have included global corporations, government departments, European enterprises, growing SMEs, educational establishments and charitable foundations.
Amy is a corporate communications specialist, with deep experience in healthcare. She held senior communications roles at Bupa and Vitality before returning to consultancy recently.
Amy now provides strategic advice and hands-on, practical support to help clients develop and deliver effective communication in line with business needs. She is particularly passionate about helping organisations engage employees in business purpose and strategic goals, while aligning both internal and external communication.
Nick has built a long career in corporate communications, focusing primarily on employee engagement and internal communication.
Among his roles, he was Communications Director at professional services firm BDO, where he was responsible for all reputation management activity. Prior to BDO, Nick spent 13 years at Fishburn Hedges, where he was a board director specialising in employee engagement and change.
